There are many wonderful towns and villages to go and see in Tenerife. On this page you will find a small selection of possibilities, and we hope you visit during your trip to Tenerife.
LOS CRISTIANOS
This used to be a quiet fishing village, but now it has grown into one of the most popular coastal towns. It is adjacent to Playa de las Americas and many people take the walk along the seafront from Las Americas to Los Cristianos. There is a casino and many other attractions i
ncluding the beach and many watersports.

EL MEDANO
This is a seaside resort that is quite popular with many nationalities. It has a blue flag dark sandy beach with sun beds for hire. There are many shops, bars, restaurants and ice-cream shops for those who want to wander around the town.

LAS GALLETAS
This is a resort again by the sea which has a Belgian / French influence, which has excellent crepes / pancakes. There is also an excellent local Canarian Tapas bar which is called LA GAVIOTA. Ask a local person for directions, it is a place to go and visit!

CANDELARIA
This is the religious and cultural town in Tenerife. It is where one of the main Cathedral's is placed which dates back centuries. The sea front is lined with statues of local Guanche Kings from olden days. It's a place where a lot of festivals take place. It's well worth a visit!

SANTA CRUZ
This is the capital of Tenerife which is just like any large town or city. There's plenty of shops including El Corte Ingles and bars / restaurants to choose from - it's worth a visit especially when there's a cruise liner in in the harbour!
